EIP Printing With Xerox Workplace Cloud

There are two simple steps to EIP printing with Xerox Workplace Cloud:

  1. Submit

  2. Print

Xerox Workplace Cloud users can submit documents for printing through email or by using  the Xerox Workplace Mobile App.

Submit

Submitting Documents Through Email

  1. Send an email with the documents you want to print as an attachment to: print@printbyxerox.com.

  2. An email is sent to you confirming that your submitted documents were received.

Submitting Documents Using Desktop Printing

  1. In the Print Portal, select Print > Desktop.

    Note: If you do not see desktop options, you need to obtain a Printer Essential Bundle license. Contact your Xerox representative to acquire the license.

  2. Select a printer in the Select Printer area of the window.

  3. The system will start a download or open an installer to install the printer on your laptop. The printer icon displays at Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers and you can select that printer when you print.

Submitting Documents Using the Workplace Mobile App

Choose the document that you want to print and select Upload.

Print

  1. At a Xerox Workplace Cloud-enabled MFP, select the @PrintByXerox icon on the display panel.

  2. Enter your email address and password, company logon, or Workplace Cloud ID.

  3. Select the items you want to print, as well as the desired Output Settings. For example, number of copies, sides printed, paper size.

  4. Select Print.

  5. Collect your prints.
