The Connect for Exchange Online ConnectKey App is a simple scan-document-to-email solution for Xerox devices that integrates with Exchange Online email workflows. The app assists the user with:

  1. Scanning a hard copy document and emailing it to one or more recipients using their Exchange Online email account.

  2. Selecting recipients from either their Global Address Book or personal Contacts list.

IMPORTANT: Users must have a Microsoft Outlook or Exchange email account in order to use this app.

Requirements:

  • Xerox ConnectKey Technology-enabled i-Series MFP

  • Xerox ConnectKey Technology-enabled AltaLink MFP

  • Xerox ConnectKey Technology-enabled VersaLink MFP

  • EIP version 3.5 or higher
