  1. Shut down printer, make sure both Marker PC's power down fully. 

  2. Turn off circuit breakers.

  3. Switch circuit breakers on.

  4. Power on the printer, make sure both Marker PC's reconnect.

  5. Check prints for quality.

  6. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
