  1. Make sure the Print Bar is pushed firmly into place and the retaining screw is tightened.

  2. Check the actuator for the Print Bar Locked Position Switch to ensure that it is not broken or damaged.

  3. Perform a complete shutdown and power on. 

  4. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
