Power Off the Printer and Cycle Power Breaker

  1. From the DocuSP or FreeFlow Print Server Display Screen, click [System] from the toolbar. A drop-down menu will be displayed.

  2. Click [Shutdown]. A Question window will be displayed.

  3. Click on the [Yes] button to shutdown the system in an orderly fashion after all scheduled jobs are processed.

    NOTE: If the system does not shutdown within 2 minutes, then click the [Interrupt] button from the current window.
    It is required to leave the circuit breaker in the down position for 60 seconds for the machine to completely discharge.

  4. After the system is completely powered Off, on the back of the printer where the power cord attached to the printer, move the circuit breaker into the down position for 60 seconds. The circuit breaker (black bar) is located directly to the left of the power cord, near the middle of the rear of the machine.

  5. After 60 seconds, move the circuit breaker into the up position.

  6. Open all doors including inner area 1a/b black door above the toner keg.

  7. If the machine has SEM module, open that door also.

  8. Power On the system using the power switch on the front.

  9. Wait for the printer screen to prompt to close printer doors.
