Perform the Image Quality Setup

NOTE: This procedure may take up to 20 minutes to run.

  1. From the DocuSP or FreeFlow Print Server Display Screen, select [User Diagnostics] from the System menu.

    NOTE: Depending on the software level, the selection for Image Quality Setup may be located under the sub-heading of Print Engine.

  2. Click on the [Image Quality Setup] button. The Print Engine: Image Quality Setup window will be displayed.

  3. Click [Start]. When the Image Quality Setup is complete, the message 'Image Quality Setup passed' or 'Image Quality Setup Failed' will be displayed. If the setup fails, you can try repeating this process up to two additional times. If the setup continues to fail, you need to Contact Support to place a service call.

  4. When Image Quality Setup is complete, click [Close].

  5. Click on [File], then [Close] in upper left corner of the User Diagnostics screen.
