When printing a PDF or TIFF file from a Microsoft Windows 2000 Operating System (OS) using the Nuvera 100/120 PostScript print driver, the output may print with the page image slightly offset or shifted. There is a margin setting in the driver. The default setting for Windows 2000 is 'Normal' which applies a margin to the image inducing the shift. The default setting for the Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 and Windows XP OS is 'None', which is the preferred setting. Below are the steps to set the default margin value from 'Normal' to 'None'.
  1. Click [Start], click [Settings], then click [Printers]. The Printers window will be displayed with a list of all the installed printers on the workstation.

  2. Right-click on the printer, then click [Printing Prefences]. The Prefences window will be displayed.

  3. Click the [Image Options] tab, located at the top of the window.

  4. In the upper, right corner of the window, under the Margins setting, click on the [None] radio button, and then click on the [OK] button to save and exit the current window.
