If your machine performance becomes degraded, or it ceases to function correctly for any reason, restarting the system will usually restore correct function. Contact your System Administrator if restarting the machine does not resolve machine problem.

A fault may be falsely declared if you press the Unload Finisher button on the Finisher, and then very quickly open the Finisher Door before the Stacker has time to move into the non-operating position.

NOTE: There are two ways to restart the Nuvera: a partial shutdown (restart), or a complete machine shutdown. Restart will exit, then relaunch the DocuSP or FreeFlow software. A complete machine shutdown should be performed if a partial shutdown does not resolve the problem.

  1. From the DocuSP or FreeFlow Print Server Display Screen, click on [System] from the toolbar. A drop-down menu will be displayed.

  2. Click on [Restart]. In a few moments, the system will begin an orderly shutdown of services. It may take up to 8 1/2 minutes for the system to reset the software and return to a ready state. Wait for the system to load all services before clicking anywhere on the DocuSP or FreeFlow Display Screen.
