Fault Code 024-775 occurs when the number of sheets requested by the Booklet Print Job exceeds the number of sheets available for the the Booklet.

  1. To ensure proper function of the device, the number of sheets required by the Booklet Print job must not exceed the maximum allowed number of sheets the Booklet Finisher can Fold and Staple for the selected media. This can be accomplished by reducing the number of sheets in the booklet print job, or by using a lighter weight media. Refer to the Optional Standard Finisher / Plus and Booklet Maker Specifications for details.

  2. The tray must be using the correct media weight / type settings. Only use media supported by your specific Xerox printing device as unsupported media can cause serious damage to the Xerox device. Refer to the following specifications: Paper Tray Specifications;Optional Standard Finisher / Plus and Booklet Maker Specifications;Plockmatic Pro 30 Booklet Maker Specifications.
