NOTE: To correctly print a booklet, the number of pages in the original document must be a multiple of 4 of the sheets the finished booklet will have. For example: A Booklet job using 4 sheets will have 16 pages.
Open the required Word document.
Select the Layout tab.
Select the small arrow in the Bottom Corner of the Page Setup section. The Page Setup screen will appear.
Select the Paper tab.
Select Default Tray (Auto Tray Select) from the First Page Column in the Paper Source section.
Select Default Tray (Auto Tray Select) from the Other Pages Column in the Paper Source section.
Select Whole Document from the Apply To: dropdown.
Select OK.
Select File.
Select Print.
Select the required printer from the Printer dropdown.
Select Printer Properties below the Printer dropdown.
Select the Document Options tab.
Select the Booklet Creation radio button.
Select Setup.
Select Booklet Fold and Staple.
Select the Booklet Adjustments button next to the Help button.
Select Manual from the Booklet Paper Size dropdown.
Select Tabloid (11"x17") from the Paper Size Dropdown.
Select OK.
Select OK.
Select OK.
Select Print.
