  1. Logon to the Command Tool / Terminal window. See the Related Content for additional information.

  2. From the command prompt, type: rm -f /opt/XRXnps/configuration/media.tv* and then press [Enter] on the keyboard.

  3. Type: reboot and then press [Enter].

  4. Logoff.
