Plockmatic Pro 50 / 35 Booklet Maker Specifications

The Plockmatic Pro 50/35 Booklet Maker is a compact inline booklet maker capable of stapling, folding, face trimming and square folding saddle-stitched booklets.

• Staples and folds up to 50-sheets, four images to a sheet, creates a booklet of up to 200-pages.

• Booklet making needs that will not exceed an average 15,000 booklets per month.

• Can be used as a walk-up device in offline mode.

• Booklet Maker (BM50/35) – The standard Pro50/35 configuration includes the Booklet Maker and output tray providing set compiling, stapling, folding and output tray stacking. The BM50/35 uses staple cartridges and has two staple heads.
  
  

  Optional Configurations

  Item	Description
  Rotate Crease and Bleed Trimmer (RCT50/35)	Adds rotation, creasing, and bleed trimming to folded booklets for a professional look. The trimmings are collected in a bin for easy emptying.
  Face Trimmer (TR50/35)	Trims the side opposite the spine eliminating the “shingle” effect that can occur with thicker booklets and provides a clean document edge. The trimmings are collected in a bin for easy emptying.
  Square Folder (SQF50/35)	Adds square folding to booklets for a professional look and printable spine. Requires and attaches to the TR50/35.
  Cover Feeder (CF50/35)	Can be added to any configuration to enable using pre-printed covers. Pre-printed covers and printed square spines give booklets the appearance of a perfect bound book. The CF50/35 module fits within the standard covers of the BM50/35.
