Gibberish Print or Blank Pages when Printing

  1. Make sure the correct print driver is installed. For more details, see Related Content.

  2. Send a single page test print to the device to verify if the error is specific to the job.

  3. Reduce the resolution of the document being printed.

  4. Turn off the printer, wait for about 10 seconds, and then turn on the printer.  Resend the print job or scan job.

  5. Split the job into smaller sections and try the operation again.

  6. Check to make sure the printer has the most recent firmware and update the firmware  if needed.
