Service Fuser Error Message Appears on the Printer Display

NOTE: The below steps must be performed even if the printer has worked on the same power outlet in the past. Power strips and uninterrupted power supplies can cause a low amperage condition to occur within in the printer, which in turn may trigger a false fuser error.

  1. Make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall power outlet.

  2. Power the Printer Off, wait for a few seconds and then Power the Printer back On.

  3. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
