Fault Code 121.xx: Fuser Error Message

The error may be due to a poor voltage line (power strip or overloaded circuit).

1. Make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet.

2. Power Off the printer, wait for a few seconds and power it back On.
   
   Note: The above steps must be performed even if the printer has worked on the same power outlet in the past. Power strips and uninterrupted power supplies can cause a low amperage condition to occur within in the printer, which in turn may trigger a false fuser error.
   
   

3. Open the back door and ensure any paper debris or packing materials have been removed.

4. Ensure the vents on the printer are clear of obstructions and ample space is provided to allow the printer’s fans to cool the machine during operation.

5. Ensure the printer is in an area that is not directly near an air conditioning unit, vent, or heat source to avoid unusual operating temperatures.

6. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
