  1. Power the Printer Off and On.

  2. Make sure that the power cord is properly connected to the printer and electrical outlet. The printer should be connected directly to a wall outlet to ensure adequate power is being delivered.

  3. Open the front door and ensure any paper debris or packing materials have been removed.

  4. Ensure the vents on the printer are clear of obstructions and ample space is provided to allow the printer’s fans to cool the machine during operation.

  5. Ensure the printer is in an area that is not directly near an air conditioning unit, vent, or heat source to avoid unusual operating temperatures.

  6. Contact support for assistance.
