XML Paper Specification (XPS) Documents Not Being Printed on a Xerox Printer or Multifunction Device

XPS stands for XML Paper Specification which is Microsoft’s alternative to Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). 

NOTE: “The job was not printed because the XPS option is not enabled.” typically means a class driver is being used on Windows 8 or 10.

• Determine Which Optional Features Are Installed via CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)

• If Microsoft Windows 8 or Newer is Being Used, Make Sure the Driver Version is Not Version 4

• Install a V3 Driver for Microsoft Windows 8 or 10 Operating System
