Non-uniformity of image that appears as a color shift in overlay, or a wide process-direction (Lead Edge/LE-to-Trail Edge/TE) streak (>12mm) in a single color separation flat tint.

How To Avoid Color Non-Uniformity:

• Avoid the use of large uniform flat tints. Use graphic designs that break up the large area with line art or other graphics.

• Change flat tints to textures using Photoshop or other graphic arts packages.

• Clean the PIN Scorotron Assembly for the Affected Color

• Clean the Charge Station Discorotron Grid for the Affected Color

• Clean the Charge Station Discorotron Assembly for the Affected Color

• Replace the Wire Module for the Affected Color
