Check Supply Status and Print a Supplies Usage Report

Supply Status Information
You can check the status and percentage of life remaining for your printer supplies at the control panel, using Xerox CentreWare Internet Services, or using Xerox Easy Printer Manager. When printer supplies near their replacement time, warning alerts appear on the control panel. You can customize alerts and configure email alert notifications.
Checking Supplies Status at the Control Panel
At the printer control panel, press the Home button.
Touch Device.
Touch Supplies.
The device displays status information for each printer supply item.
To return to the home screen, press the Home button.
Printing a Supplies Usage Report at the Control Panel
The Supplies Usage Report provides coverage information and part numbers for reordering supplies. The date a supply item was installed appears on the report.
At the printer control panel, press the Home button.
Touch Device.
Touch Information Pages.
Touch Supplies Usage, then touch Print.
To return to the home screen, press the Home button.
Checking Supplies Status Using Xerox CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)
From a computer (on the same network as the printer) open a Web browser.
In the Web browser address field, enter the IP address of the printer and then press Enter or Return. The CWIS home page will be displayed.
Click Status.
Click Consumables. Toner Cartridge and Drum Cartridge status information is displayed.
Checking Supplies Status Using Xerox Easy Printer Manager
Note: Xerox Easy Print Manager is no longer supported for Mac OS 10.15 or above.
At your PC, open Xerox Easy Printer Manager from the Start menu.
Select the printer.
Select the Home page. Device status, Supplies information and Paper information is displayed.
