Select the Output Color (Color or Black and White) in the Print Driver for the Creo Spire Color Server Using a Microsoft Windows OS

NOTE: This solution assumes Microsoft Word is the application being used.  Steps may vary with other applications.

1. With the document open in the application, select [Print] from the File menu.

2. Click on the [Properties] button.

3. Click on the [Paper / Quality] tab.

4. Click on the [Black and White] or [Color] radio button in the Color section. 

5. Select any other required options from the Layout or Paper / Quality tabs.

6. Click [OK] twice.
