NOTE: This solution assumes Microsoft Word is the application being used. Steps may vary with other applications.
With the document open in the application, select [Print] from the File menu.
Click on the [Properties] button.
Select [Fiery Features] from the third pull-down menu.
Click on the [Full Properties] button.
Click on the [Color] tab.
Select the [Standard Color], [CMYK], or [Grayscale] radio button from the Color Mode section.
Select other required options from the Job Info, Media, Layout, Color, Image, Finishing, VDP, Stamping, or Summary tabs.
Click [OK].
Click on [Print].
