NOTE: This solution assumes Microsoft Word is the application being used. Steps may vary with other applications.
With the document open in the application, select [Print] from the File menu.
Click on the [Properties] button.
Click on the [Color] tab.
Select the required radio button from the Print Mode section. Available options include:
Standard Color
Expert Color
Gray scale
Select any other required options from the Basic, Job Info, Media, Layout, Color, Image, Finishing, VDP, Stamping, Printer tabs.
Click [OK] twice.
