Locating the Serial Number

NOTE: There is a Video available at the end of this solution.

Locate the Device Serial Number under the Side Cover:

1. Open Door A on the Left side of the device.

2. The serial number located on a metal plate on the bottom corner near the Fusing unit.
   
   

Locate the Device Serial Number from the Touch Screen:

1. Press the Machine Status button.

2. Select the Machine Information tab.

3. The Serial Number will be displayed on the left hand side of the Machine Information screen.
