Swap the Drum With a Known Working Drum

  1. Open the Front Door of the printer.

  2. Turn the orange release lever on the left side of the Drum Cartridge Cover to the left to unlock the cover.

  3. Pull the cover open to access the four Drum Cartridges. Pull down on the orange handle, (this door is spring loaded it will require a little force to open).

  4. Remove the R1 Drum.

  5. Swap R1 with a working Drum in the machine.

    NOTE: Make note of which Drum you swap.

  6. Lift up the Drum Cartridge cover.

  7. Turn the orange lever on the left side of the Drum Cartridge Cover to the right to lock the Drum Cartridges into position.

  8. Close the Front Door.

  9. Run a test job.
