NOTE: The steps below assume that the Command Workstation (CWS) utility has previously been installed and configured on the workstation.

This solution assumes that the PostScript or PCL font(s) has been downloaded to a known location on the computer or Fiery Color Server.

From a computer or Fiery Server with Command WorkStation launched:

  1. Login to CWS as the administrator. See the Related Content for additional information.

  2. Select [Manage Fonts] from the Server pull-down menu. The Server Fonts window will be displayed.

  3. Click on the [PostScript] or [PCL] radio button, depending on what type of fonts will be installed.

  4. Click on [Add]. The Select Files to Import window will be displayed.

  5. Browse to the location of the font or fonts to be added.

  6. Click on the font to highlight, and then click on [Add]. The font will be displayed in the Files to be imported field.

  7. Continue to add fonts until all fonts to be installed are selected, and then click on [Import]. The Server Fonts window will be displayed.

  8. Click [OK].

  9. Close the CWS window and return to the desktop.
