How To Modify the IP Address of the WorkCentre

NOTE: A System Administrator may be required to provide the information listed below, or to perform the steps in this solution. The following information will be required for this procedure:
An existing operational network utilizing the TCP/IP protocol.
The IP address designated for the printer.
A Subnet Mask address.
A Gateway address.
A Host Name (optional).
From the WorkCentre:
Select the Machine Status button.
Select the Tools tab.
Select Network Settings.
Select TCP/IP Settings.
Select Dynamic Addressing.
Select Disabled.
Select Save.
Select IPv4 or IPv6 as required by the Network.
For IPv4:Select IPv4 Address.
Enter in the correct IPv4 Address for the device using the number pad on screen.
Select Close.
Select IP Gateway.
Enter in the correct Gateway Address for the network using the number pad on screen.
Select Close.
Select Subnet Mask.
Enter in the correct Subnet Mask for the network using the number pad on screen.
Select Save.
Select Link Local Address.
Enter in the correct IPv6 Address for the device using the number pad on screen.
Select Close.
Select Save.
Select DNS Configuration.
Select Host Name.
Enter in the correct host name using the keyboard on the screen.
Select Save.
Select Close.
Select Close.
Select Save to save changes. The Device will Reboot.
