When copying with the Document Feeder:
Raise the Document Feeder.
Remove all documents or papers from the glass area that may be covering all or part of the long strip of CVT Glass.
Lower the Document Feeder.
Make sure the originals are placed face-up in the feeder.
When copying from the Document Glass:
Make sure the original is placed face-down on the Document Glass.
