NOTE: For best results when scanning, use only Originals that are in good condition
Lay originals flat in scanner
Smooth out any staple holes, bent corners, folds, curls or any other defects
Clean off any dirt or debris that may be on the original document
Do not use originals that have perforated or frayed edges
If necessary, create a new original to be scanned if possible
