Reseat the Duplex Unit

  1. Power the printer off using the power switch located on the right side of the printer, toward the back.



  2. Power off

  3. Press the button on the top, right side of the printer to open the Front Cover.



  4. Open Front Cover

  5. Remove the orange cap covering the connector on the right side of the Front Door.

  6. Remove the Duplex Unit.

  7. Align the arrow located on the Duplex Unit with the arrow located on the inside Front Cover, and align the connector on the Duplex Unit with the connector on the inside Front Cover, and then press the unit into position. Bosses on the Transfer Unit engage openings on the Duplex Unit to correctly position the unit for operation. The Duplex Unit will click into position.



  8. Install Duplex Unit

  9. Close the Front Cover.



  10. Close Front Cover

  11. Power the printer on.



  12. Power On
