Set the Paper Size and Paper Type From the Control Panel

Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel.

Select [Tools] from the Touch Screen.

Select [Tray Management].

Select [Tray Settings]. The list of the installed trays will be displayed, with the current setting for paper size and type.

Select the required tray.

NOTE: If Tray 2 is not installed, this option will not be displayed.

IMPORTANT: When done making selections below, select the [OK] button to save the changes. If OK is not selected, the changes will not be saved.

NOTE: Use the [Up] and [Down] arrows to move forward and backward through the screens. Each screen has a maximum of 8 selections to choose from.

Select [Size], then select the required size. The screen will return to the Tray Content screen.

NOTE: To designate a custom size, select [New Custom Size], and then enter the dimensions in the fields provided.

Select [Type], then select the required type of paper. The printer will return to the Tray Content screen.

Select [OK]. The list of the installed trays will be displayed, with the current setting for paper size and type for each tray. If needed, select another tray to modify.

When done, select the [Back] arrow to return to the previous menu level, or press the [Services Home] button to return to Service Home.
