Check the following if the OnBase icon on the printer Control Panel appears offline.

If necessary, contact your System Administrator for additional support.

  1. Make sure the printer is plugged into the network and the network connection is active.

  2. Check the registration name and make sure this is correct.

  3. Make sure the printer is using a DNS name and not an IP Address.

  4. Make sure the printer is using a proxy server without bypassing the EIP server.
