Printer Features or Xerox Features are Unavailable / Crossed Out in the Print Menu When Printing from Mac OS X 10.11 or Newer

Printing from 32Bit applications is not supported under Mac OS X 10.11 or Newer.

Xerox Mac OS X Print Driver Version 4.xxx or newer only supports printing from 64Bit applications.
