Remove and Reconnect the Network Cable From Both the Xerox and the Wall / Router Connection

  1. Unplug network cable from the back of the Xerox Device.

  2. Inspect the cable / connector on network cable for any visible damage (Example : Broken Clip).

  3. Plug network cable back into the Xerox (network cable should click when fully inserted).

  4. Unplug network cable from the wall / router connection.

  5. Inspect the cable / connector on network cable for any visible damage (Example : Broken Clip).

  6. Plug network cable back into the wall / router connection. (network cable should click when fully inserted).

    Note: When plugged into the router correctly connection light will show . If light does not come on try a different port.
