Speak with your Network Administrator [Help Desk] and have them look at what ports are being blocked by your firewall or 3rd party blocking Software.
Note: Ensure that Windows Firewall or other 3rd party blocking software is Disabled or an exception has been created for the printers to function properly.
* * If ports 515 and / or 9100 are blocked, printing will not work.
