Set the Delete Held Jobs After Feature Through CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)

Note: This solution assumes that the IP Address of the device is known.

1. In a browser, such as Internet Explorer, enter the IP Address in the Address bar.

2. Click on the [Properties] tab. If prompted, enter the admin username and password (the default values are admin and 1111).
   

3. Click on [Services] on the left hand side.
   

4. Click on [Printing].
   

5. Click on [General].
   

6. The third section down is the Delete Held After section and can be set to any value from 0 days, 0 hours, 0 minutes (which turns the feature off), to 5 days 23 hours and 59 minutes.

7. Save any changes.
