Download and Install Xerox Print Driver on Mac OS X 10.7 and Higher

  1. Open a Web Browser (Such as Safari).

  2. Type www.xerox.com into the Address Bar of the Web Browser and press Enter.

  3. Select Customer Support at the top of the page.

  4. Select Support and Drivers under All Support.

  5. Enter the Product name of the Xerox Printer in the Search by Product: field, and press Enter.

  6. Select your Xerox Printer from the list.

  7. Select Drivers & Downloads under the name of your Xerox Printer.

  8. From the drop down menu, select the Operating System on which the print driver will be installed.

  9. Select the Print Driver from the Drivers list.

  10. Read and Accept the End User License Agreement.

  11. You may be prompted to Open, Save or Cancel.

  12. If prompted, Select Save or Save As.

  13. Once download is complete, use the Mac Finder to navigate to the newly saved file.

  14. Open the Xerox Print Driver .dmg file to view the file contents.

  15. Run the Xerox Print Driver .pkg within the open .dmg file.

  16. If prompted to run a program to determine if this software can be installed, select Continue.

  17. Select Continue.

  18. Read the Software License Agreement.

  19. Select Agree to accept the Software License Agreement.

  20. Select Continue.

  21. Select Install.

  22. If prompted, enter the Username and Password for the Mac Administrative account on this Mac.

  23. Select your printer from the discovered printers list.

  24. Select Continue.

  25. Select Continue.

  26. Select Close.

  27. You may now close the Web Browser.
