Use the Xerox Online Support Service (Button) From the Device User Interface (Control Panel)

NOTE: The Xerox Online Support service (button) must be setup and enabled before it may be used. See the Related Content for additional information.

  1. If necessary, press the Services Home button on the Control Panel.

  2. Select Xerox Online Support. The device will initiate a Xerox Online Support session.

  3. Select the Send data and start troubleshooting button. The machine will send the data to Xerox.

    Data transferred to Xerox.

  4. The data is analyzed and Xerox will return possible cases and solutions to try.
