Clear the Message and Reset the % Toner Remaining Value

If a new Toner (Dry Ink) Cartridge is installed while the "Toner Cartridge is nearly empty" message is displayed, the message will not clear when the new cartridge is installed since the printer expects a new cartridge to be installed only when the "Replace the Toner Cartridge" message is displayed.
The following procedure will clear the message and reset the % Toner Remaining value.
Login as the System Administrator or Key Operator.
Press the [Login In / Out] button on the Control Panel. The Authentication: Login Required screen will be displayed.
Select the [Keyboard] button on the Touch Screen.
Enter the username using the keypad on the Touch Screen, and then select [Next].
Enter the password, and then select [Done]. The password characters will be displayed as asterisks (*).
NOTE: The default username is "admin" and the default password is "1111." The password will be displayed as an asterisk (*). If you make a mistake, press the [Clear (C)] button on the Control Panel and re-enter the password. To cancel the operation, press the [Cancel] button. If you are experiencing problems with your username or password, or have forgotten either of them, contact your administrator.
Select the [Logout] button on the Touch Screen.
Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. The Machine Status screen will be displayed.
Select the [Tools] tab on the Touch Screen.
Select the [Device Settings] button. A list of options will be displayed.
Select the [Consumables Management] button.
Select the [Toner Cartridge Reordering] button
Select the [Confirm Toner Replacement] button.
Select the [Save] button.
Logout of the printer.
