Replace the Document Handler Feed Roll Cartridge and Reset the Counter

To order a Document Handler Feed Roll Cartridge, click on [Customer Replaceable Unit Instructions] link below.
To replace the Feed Roll Cartridge:
Open the Top Cover on the Document Handler.
Pull the latch on the right side of the centre Feed Roll Cartridge up and to the left until the cartridge latches vertically.
NOTE: The cartridge must be latched vertically to enable the retainer unit to be rotated.
Squeeze the latch on the right side of the black feed roll retainer unit and raise it up and to the left as far as it will go.
Lift up and remove the Feed Roll Cartridge. Dispose of the cartridge as normal office waste.
NOTE: There are three rollers on the Feed Roll Cartridge. If the lower roller did not come out with the unit, remove the roller from the machine.
Remove the new Feed Roll Cartridge from its packaging.
Push the new Feed Roll Cartridge firmly into the support slots.
Rotate the feed roll retainer unit until it latches into position.
Rotate the Feed Roll Cartridge until it clicks into position.
Close the Top Cover.
To reset the Feed Roll Cartridge Counter:
NOTE: It is important to inform the machine that you have changed the Feed Roll Cartridge. This will reset the counter used to determine the Document Handler feed roll lifespan.
Press the [Access A] (key symbol) button on the Control Panel. The Login screen will be displayed.
Enter your password using the numeric keypad on the Control Panel, and then select [Enter] on the Touch Screen. The Pathway Options screen will be displayed.
NOTE: The default password is 1111. The password will be displayed as an asterisk (*). If you make a mistake, press the [Clear (C)] button on the Control Panel and re-enter the password. To cancel the operation, press the [Cancel] button. If you are experiencing problems with your password or have forgotten your password, contact your administrator.Select the [Go To Tools] button.
Select the [More] button.
Select the [Consumables Management] button. The Consumables Management screen will be displayed.
Select the [Feed Roll Replacement] button.
Open and then close the Document Handler Top Cover. A confirmation screen will be displayed.
Select the [Yes] button.
Select the [Close] button twice.
Select the [Exit Tools] button.
