Make sure Long Edge Feed (LEF) paper is loaded in a paper tray. If paper is not loaded, the machine will be unable to print the report.

NOTE: There are two methods to print the System Configuration Report. If one method doesn't work, try the other method.

Method 1:

  1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. The Machine Status screen will be displayed.

  2. Select the [Print Reports] button on the Touch Screen.

  3. Select the [Print System Configuration Report] button. The report will print.

  4. Select the [Close] button to return to the default screen.

Method 2:

  1. Press the [Access] or [Access A] button on the Control Panel. The Login screen will be displayed.

NOTE: If the Auditron is enabled, select the [Copy] button first on the Touch Screen, and then press the [Access] or [Access A] button.

  2. Enter your password using the numeric keypad on the Control Panel, and then select [Enter] on the Touch Screen. The Pathway Options screen will be displayed.

NOTE: The default password is 1111. The password will be displayed as an asterisk (*). If you make a mistake, press the [Clear (C)] button on the Control Panel and re-enter the password. To cancel the operation, press the [Cancel] button. If you are experiencing problems with your password or have forgotten your password, contact your System Administrator.
