Try the following:

  1. Make sure genuine Xerox toner cartridges are being used.  Use of non-Xerox supplies is not recommended. Make sure to use genuine Xerox toner cartridges designed for specific use with this product. Use of other toner cartridges may affect print quality and product reliability.

  2. Clean the Printhead (LED) Lenses.

  3. If the defect occurs in one color only, swap the drum for the affected color ( R1 Black, R2 Cyan, R3 Magenta, R4 Yellow ) with the drum for a contrasting color. If the defect changes color replace the drum Replace a Drum Cartridge.

  4.  If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
