A recent update to Xerox App Gallery requires an upgrade to your device firmware in order to use the Xerox App Gallery App, Xerox App Gallery 5.0 Template Apps, and many Xerox Apps in App Gallery on ConnectKey (WorkCentre) devices including:

WC58xx
WC59xx
WC6655
WC7220/7225
WC7830/7835
WC7845/7855
WC7970
Click on the Drivers and Downloads link in the Related Content section and download the Manual Upgrade software/firmware for ConnectKey Technology needed to upgrade your device. After the upgrade, your Xerox Apps will work with no further adjustments.
IMPORTANT: Print and keep a Configuration Report for reference until after the software update has been completed.
