Configure a Standard TCP/IP Port (Windows)

Navigate to the list of printers on your computer:
For Windows 7, click Start > Devices and Printers.
For Windows 8, right-click the Start button, then click Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
For Windows 10, click Start, type "Control Panel", click on Control Panel in the search results, and click Devices and Printers.
NOTE: If you are using a custom Start Menu application, it can change the navigation path to your list of printers.
In the list, right-click the icon for your printer and click Printer Properties.
Click the Ports tab, and then click Add Port.
Click Standard TCP/IP Port.
Click New Port, and then click Next.
Enter the pritner's IP address into the Printer Nameor IP Address field, and then click Next.
Click Finish.
Click Close to close the Add Ports window.
Click Confiure Port.
Uncheck the SNMP Status Enabled check box, and then click OK.
Click Apply.
Click Close.
