Use the Xerox Online Support Service (Button) in CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)

NOTE: The Xerox Online Support service (button) must be setup and enabled before it may be used. See the Related Content for additional information.
NOTE: Users may be required to login as a system administrator to perform this solution. If prompted, log in to the printer as an administrator. The default user name is admin (case sensitive). Depending on when the device was manufactured, the default administrator password may be the device serial number or 1111.
Access CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS).
Open a Web browser window.
Enter the printer IP Address in the Address field then press the Enter or Return key. The CentreWare Internet Services window will be displayed.
Click the Support tab.
Click the Start an Online Troubleshooting Session at www.xerox.com button. CWIS will send the data to Xerox.
IMPORTANT: Do not click the Send Diagnostics Information to Xerox button. It will only send the device data to Xerox. Possible solutions will not display.The data is analyzed and Xerox will return possible cases and solutions to try.
