BiancoDigitale Software Overview

The Bianco Digital software is provided via a USB flash drive and is licensed by USB hardware dongle. This software is typically used by a designer or job setup/pre-press personnel. The recommended minimum requirement of Windows 10 64bit or Mac OS 10.13 or later. 500Mb hard drive space available. 

The white color in the standard CMYK process originates from the whiteness of the paper media. The BiancoDigitale management software allows management of files to take full advantage of the features of White toner as an underlay with toners W+CMY. 

Languages: Installation English or Italian. Operation in English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Simple/Traditional Chinese.

There are install instructions which are included in the kit with the following contents:

• BiancoDigitale software on USB flash drive with storage container

• BiancoDigitale USB perpetual license dongle. This dongle is transferable between devices but will be required to be inserted for license authentication.

Service and Support

Xerox on-site Technical Support is not available for BiancoDigitale. BiancoDigitale software is not covered by any FSMA or other Xerox service or support contracts.

Xerox phone support or Partners will determine if problem is with BiancoDigitale software, Xerox support or partner will escalate to M.C. System/BiancoDigitale in English or Italian via email to lorenzo.lepri@mcsystemweb.it and include the following information for follow up to partner, direct customer, or sales rep:

1. Contact Name, Email Address, Telephone number

2. Brief description of the question or issue
