Try the following:
Try Using a Different Web Browser
If unable to connect to the Embedded Web Server, try using a different Web Browser. For example, if using Google Chrome, try using another browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari.
Note: The Embedded Web Server is not supported when connected to the printer via USB. The printer must be connected to and functioning on a wired (Ethernet) or wireless network and have a valid IP address.
