Replace the Bias Transfer Roll

  1. Power Off the Printer..

  2. Open the left door.

    Open left door.

  3. Disengage the hooks on front and rear.

    Disengage the hooks on front and rear.

  4. Remove the Bias Transfer Roll (BTR).

    Remove Transfer Roll.

    Note: To return the used Bias Transfer Roll for recycling, follow the instructions included with the new roll.

  5. Insert the new Bias Transfer Roll (BTR).

    Insert Transfer Roll.


  6. Close left door.

  7. Power On the Printer.

  8. Reset the Transfer Roll counter.
