Configure the Xerox Print Driver Settings in Microsoft Word

On Windows

1. Within the Design menu select Page Color and choose No Color.

2. Open and modify the Xerox print driver settings from the Word print dialog box.

3. 1. Select the File tab and then select Print.

   2. Choose C8000W from available printer list and select Printer Properties.

4. Select the key settings in the Xerox Print Driver.

5. 1. Toner Adjustment: Adjust for Color Paper.

   2. • Ensure the selected toner adjustment value matches output intent.

   3. Toner Adjustment: Automatic Background.

   4. • Confirm Automatic Background is selected.

   5. Select OK.

On Mac

1. Within the Design menu select Page Color and choose No Color.

2. Open and modify the Xerox print driver settings from the Word print dialog box.

3. 1. Select the Printer icon.

   2. Choose C8000W from available printer list and select Xerox Features from the Layout tab.

4. Select the key Settings in the Xerox Print Driver Paper/Output menu.

5. 1. Paper: Make sure the paper color and the type match what is loaded in your printer.

   2. Toner Adjustment: Adjust for Color Paper.

   3. • Ensure the selected toner adjustment value matches output intent.

   4. Toner Adjustment: Automatic Background.

   5. • Confirm Automatic Background is selected.

   6. Select Print.
