Clear the Jam Using Cardstock

Open top cover of Document Handler (DH).
Insert card stock towards the left where the documents turn down towards the glass.
Turn the green knob to pull card stock through.
Open the DH and pull out the card stock as soon as you can see it.
By trying this procedure sometimes pushes out small pieces of paper causing the jam.
