Make Sure the Paper is Supported and Within Specifications for 2-Sided Printing

Make sure that you are using a supported paper size, type and weight for 2-sided printing. Envelopes and labels cannot be used for 2-sided printing. Using the wrong size, thickness or type can cause paper jams and misfeeds. See the Related Content section for additional information.
